Deposit Policy

All new patients are required to pay a $50.00 Deposit Fee in order to Schedule an Appointment.

• This deposit can be applied to the services/products rendered.
• Deposits made are non-refundable.
• You will forfeit your deposit in case of no-shows or cancellations made past the 48 hour window prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 48 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations / reschedules made less than 48 business hours from your scheduled appointment time will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.

If a client has no shown and/or late canceled 3 times, client will be discharged from the practice.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Late Policy

Please keep in mind we are located in Downtown Cleveland & you should plan on arriving accordingly. Parking is available on the street (meters) or parking lots next to our building.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged a $50.00 no-show fee.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.

Aesthetic results are vary from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail

We do not offer refunds on products purchased. All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.

Children Policy

At KÜR we love children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

Pet Policy

At KÜR we love animals, yet we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to KÜR.
