Now that you have found your KÜR…

Before your visit

PLEASE AVOID: NSAIDS (advil, aspirin); Vitamin E, Fish Oil, blood thinners, Alcohol (these medications should be stopped at least 72 hours prior to your appointment)

FOR FASTER HEALING: eat fresh pineapples, or take bromelain supplements; arnica gel or pills; & drink a lot of water

Please do not come in if your are sick or on antibiotics

If you have an active cold sore please call our office to reschedule your appointment

Please wait 2 weeks after having any vaccine to schedule a treatment

Please avoid any dental work 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after an injectable appointment

After your visit

Please avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours after most procedures

Please avoid “ICING” after an injectable appointment

Injectable follow ups can be done 2-3 weeks after initial appointment
